These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Lift App, Inc. ("Lift," "we") governing your use of the Lift app and praylift.io (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK) to use Lift. If you are using Lift on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.
Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us at support@praylift.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
Lift Plus is offered as a recurring monthly or annual subscription, typically after a 7‑day free trial. Subscriptions auto‑renew at the then‑current price until cancelled. See our Cancellation Policy for how to cancel. Apple App Store and Google Play purchases are governed by their respective terms in addition to these.
Outside jurisdictions that grant a statutory right of withdrawal, paid subscriptions are non‑refundable once a billing period has started. App Store and Play Store refunds are handled by Apple and Google. Contact support@praylift.io for help.
Don't use Lift to harass, threaten, dox, or impersonate anyone; to generate hateful, sexual, violent, or illegal content; to scrape or reverse engineer the Service; or to circumvent rate limits or paywalls. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of the people, situations, and notes you add. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you.
The Companion and AI prayers are generated by language models and may contain mistakes. They are not professional, medical, mental‑health, legal, or pastoral advice. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (US) or your local emergency number.
Lift, the Lift logo, the Service, and all related software are owned by Lift App, Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Bible texts are used under the public domain or under license from their respective publishers.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFT'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $50 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
You may stop using Lift and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where prohibited by your local law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in‑app or by email at least 7 days before they take effect.
